Manage your and account settings

  • Platform Role

    Forpack operates as a technology intermediary platform that allows users to create, customize, and acquire digital visual content. Forpack is not the creator, author, or owner of user-generated, sold, or exported content.

  • Accounts and Use

    Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for all activity under their account. Forpack may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms.

  • Assets

    Users are responsible for the content they upload and for the use of materials exported through Forpack Assets.

  • Market

    Forpack Market operates as a template marketplace. Creators guarantee they hold the necessary rights to the content they publish. Buyers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for a single project.

  • Studio AI

    Forpack Studio AI uses artificial intelligence to generate visual content. Forpack does not guarantee exclusivity or uniqueness. Commercial use of generated content is the user’s responsibility.

  • Credits

    Credits do not represent real currency and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Privacy

    Forpack collects basic account data and uploaded files required to operate the platform. Data is not sold or shared except with essential service providers or when legally required.

  • Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
